Directions for Use

Use one level teaspoon of powderd herbs for each 40 lbs of body weight. Stir into any amount of water, juice, food, or syrup. Powder can be applied to mother's nipple for breast feeding children. Take 3 or 4 times a day.

Note: Herb granules dissolve best in hot water. You may want to dissolve KidsRelief in a small amount of hot water before adding it to cold liquids.
